Kristi Leigh Moss, 50, a resident of Green River, Wyoming, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2013 at the Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County. She was born on June 20, 1963 in Sidney, Nebraska, the daughter of Peggy Thurow and Dixon Finley. Mrs. Moss attended schools in Sidney, Nebraska and graduated with the class of 1981 and from Cosmetology School in 1982. She married her soul mate, Troy W. Moss, in a celebration with friends and family at Chadron State Park on July 4, 1998. Her interests revolved around her family, especially playing with her grandson, and caring for her husband. She also loved to travel, , laugh, cook, shop, and spend time outside gardening. Her laughter, smile and generous, loving nature will be missed. Survivors include her husband, Troy Moss of Green River, Wyoming; her mother, Peggy Thurow of Sidney, Nebraska; three daughters, Kyndra Connor of Stevensville, Montana, Elysha Cook of Green River, Wyoming, and step-daughter, Tasha Moss of Alliance, Nebraska; one grandson, Aiden Cook; one granddaughter, Charlotte Moss; two brothers, Jeff Finley of Sidney, Nebraska and Jay Mangers of Lincoln, Nebraska; three sisters, Debbie Main of Montrose, Colorado, Lori Peetz of Sidney, Nebraska and Cindy Shapland of Gering, Nebraska; her father Dixon Finley of Walla Walla, Washington; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her step-fathers, Jerry Mangers and Jack Thurow. Private family services and interment will take place.
